Goggles

Goggles

While I send the 20D in for a repair estimate, I decided it was time to step up to the next level and go with a full frame sensor, so I ordered the Canon 5D from B & H in New York City before I left for delivery at my in-laws in Arkansas. This was the most I had ever looked forward to visiting Arkansas! It arrived on Wednesday about an hour before we did. This is photo 5D-00001, my first frame with 12.8 million pixels. That’s a bunch of pixels. The full frame sensor makes for a nice, bright, huge viewfinder, just like back in the film days. And the wide angle lens looks really wide again. Oh, the joy!

The next thing to get…a (Power)Mac with Intel when they come out…so you can have the power to process those millions and millions of pixels.

    Enjoy Arkansas!
