Tree Farm

Tree FarmBefore moving out to New England, I had envisioned the area to be one giant city/suburb, based on the relatively high population density (and the corresponding light maps). But on my first flight into Rhode Island, I was pleasantly surprised to see the vast amount of tree cover. In the midwest, if it isn’t city (and most of it isn’t), then it’s farmland. Tree farms like this one in Hopkinton help make it so.

very pretty. They remind me of Cherry Trees. The Japanese Cherry trees are in bloom right now in Newport, you should see them, its gorgeous. I love them. and they remind me of my grandfather, I get teary every time I see them. I guess theyre only in bloom for about 3 weeks in may. they were always my grandfathers favorite and he died the day after they started blooming 2 years ago.
